Booking fee and safety deposit
You will pay 50% of your total stay on booking, and the other 50% 14 days prior to your arrival. A safety deposit of € 300,00 (regardless length of stay) is also charged together with the final 50%. The safety deposit will be fully refunded after the house has been inspected by our staff on site, and found without any damage, after your departure.
Cancellation policies vary depending on where and how you booked your stay.
• If you booked directly with us at La Porta Blu Sardinia (via e-mail, telephone, in person or via our website or facebook page) all cancellations made more than 21 days before your stay are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days, but less than 21 days before your stay will only be refundable at 50%.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before your stay are not refundable and will be fully charged.
• Some discounted rates may be non refundable. Always check the terms for your specific booking.
If you need to cancel less than 14 days prior to you arrival, we may be able to refund part of your stay, but only IF we can rent the house to someone else, so this is no guarantee.
Bookings made via booking sites, such as AirBnB or similar sites may have other cancellation conditions.
All cancellations must be done in writing via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, and are only valid if you have received a written cancellation confirmation from us.
